When hiring a mortgage lending advisor, a Client should hire an experienced professional who has created and managed a mortgage operation, and helped others create or expand a mortgage operation, has a CMB and an MBA, and is able to understand the Client's unique circumstance and communicate solution options effectively to the Client as the minimum standard.
