Accurate and timely payroll processing is critical to maintaining employee satisfaction and regulatory compliance. MBS will calculate commission and compensation amounts due, confirm the payment with your managers, and then work with our payroll provider to initiate payment to your staff. Your payroll company, like ADP or Paychex, will handle tax withholdings, direct deposits, and benefits deductions.​
